Inspection, fault diagnosis and preparation of a cost estimate for the reconditioning of VITA-LIFE control units*) or complete VITA-LIFE magnetic field systems*).

*) ALL product generations since 1995:
SALUT1, MRS2000, MRS2000+ (home and med), eMRS systems, R systems.

The service package includes the following services:

• Working time for inspection and fault diagnosis
  Cleaning of the control unit inside the housing
  Cleaning and maintenance of contacts and connections
  If necessary: replacement of the lithium clock battery (for eMRS / R-system)
  Upgrading the control unit to the latest firmware (for eMRS and R systems)
  Preparation of the repair quotation (cost estimate)

We recommend always sending in all system components for a complete check! Please ALWAYS include power supply unit + chip card!

Please also enclose the completed service note with the postage paid package, with as precise a description of the fault as possible.

After successful inspection and fault diagnosis, you will receive a cost estimate from us for the repair of your system. We prefer to be notified by telephone (faster processing for you) - if we cannot reach you by telephone, we will inform you by e-mail.

If you do not wish to have a repair / replacement carried out, we will dispose of the components properly and free of charge for you.
