The SERVICE PACKAGE I applies to individual or several components / accessories such as whole-body applicator, local applicator, rod applicator, biofeedback sensor, programme chip card, light goggles, headphones, power supply unit. (not for complete systems or control units!)

Please note that applicators (body-applicator, local-applicator) for which it is "clear" that the coil is broken do not need to be sent in.

(unless you wish us to dispose of them professionally - free of charge for you).

Inspection, fault diagnosis and preparation of a cost estimate for the reconditioning (or repair or replacement) of applicators (full body (mat) or local applicator (cushion) and accessories of VITA-LIFE magnetic field systems*).

*) VITA-LIFE magnetic field systems include ALL product generations since 1995:
SALUT1, MRS2000, MRS2000+ (home and/or med), eMRS systems, R systems.

Please contact our team at tsc-europe@vita-life.com. You will receive all information on possible error codes etc. and can then send in individual or several defective components.

Examples: Biofeedback sensor,  chip card, mental light glasses, headphones, power supply, applicators (no complete systems or control units!).

Please enclose the completed service note with the postage paid parcel, describing the fault as precisely as possible.

After inspection and fault diagnosis, we send you a quotation for repair or replacement. (by telephone or by e-mail) 

NOTE 1: In some cases, a defect can only be diagnosed in the interaction of ALL system components (control unit + mat and/or cushion or biofeedback sensor). In such cases, it makes absolute sense to commission SPS2 "Service Package Systems & Control Units".

NOTE 2: If it can be ruled out from the outset that a component or an accessory can be repaired according to the description in the operating instructions or after consultation with the VITA-LIFE service team, we recommend the direct purchase of a new component.

If you do not wish to have a repair / replacement carried out, we dispose of the component professionally and free of charge for you
